  • Let's just put this nonsense to rest once and for all. Comparing Obama's plan to that of the UK and Canada is simply wrong. Those systems are "single payer systems"...which means it is the only insurance available..run by the Gov't and funded by the taxpayers.

  • My point was that he died and he was denied coverage because he had Down's Syndrome....a preexisting problem like Down's Syndrome....that should not happen here. His parents had to have fundraisers to pay the bills....you think that is good healthcare?

  • wow garbage in Canada...being from there I can tell you that we usually just put old people out on an ice floe and let them fend for themselves...saves a lot of money that way. Don't even get me started about sick kids...we put them in a cave...they die off eventually and then we all save money.
